Friendly staff. Efficient and not too long to wait. Well organized. Would be good to get an appointment quicker sometimes.

Barbara on reception is amazing she was alone and doing admin on the computer, directing people to podiatry and the hospital, dealing with inquiries as well as a multitude of other things. She is the ultimate multi tasker and she is doing it all with a smile! Extremely well done. You are a star.

Excellent, caring explanation before a procedure.

There is room for a lot of improvement overall. You cannot get any appointments for 3 wks or longer. The receptionists all need re-trained they need to be more caring and passionate in their jobs. There attitudes are appalling. If I could transfer to another surgery I would.

Clare Daniels did my smear and health check and was so kind and patient. It made a horrible experience so much better. Then the dispensary and pharmacy team were very efficient. Thank you.
